Travelling to Campbell River With Your Own Vehicle

Ferries From Vancouver, BC - If you are traveling from the mainland you can access Vancouver Island via the two B.C. Ferry Terminals in Vancouver - Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal in North Vancouver and Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal, south of Vancouver. You can take the ferry to Nanaimo (we’re just a short 1½ hour drive north) or Victoria (a longer 3 hour drive north, both are very scenic).
You can also take a ferry from Powell River on the Sunshine Coast of BC to the Comox Valley. Campbell River is just a 40-minute drive north.

- If you are travelling north from Washington State you can drive to Vancouver B.C., Canada (see above) or take the ferry from Port Angeles to Victoria and drive north on Vancouver Island, approximately 3 hours to Campbell River.
